Controversial Spanish rocker
Ramoncín returns with his first album of original material in 13 years. Produced by
Ramoncín with Luis Bautista and Manolo Galones,
Cuando el Diablo Canta... is a typically uncompromising effort from
Ramoncín, who thinks nothing of alternating between character sketches or social commentary that recall his early work and more hermetic extended metaphors, all set to fairly generic, classic rock & roll. The album closes with a live bonus track version of his 1979 classic "Felisín el Vacilón." ~ Mariano Prunes
