This is the follow-up album to
Alex Ubago's smash debut, the one that made him a growing star in Spain and Latin America. And for certain if you loved that previous effort, then you will love this one.
Alex Ubago visits all the common places for a Latin and romantic singer/songwriter: check "Allí Estaré," "Salida," and "Aunque No Te Pueda Ver." He tries to be politically correct (and concerned) in the song "Fantasía o Realidad," but the result is not very different from a collegian's essay. He's got really good intentions, and he writes his owns songs, which is more than most singers on the Latin pop scene. But of course, that's not all that counts. He needs a crazy spark to separate him from the rest. Maybe it's just a matter of time. ~ Iván Adaime
