This is a low-budget re-recording of the
Grease soundtrack album, performed by an anonymous group of musicians and singers credited under the rubric C.C. Productions. All 24 tracks from the album are re-created faithfully and sequenced in the same order. It's just that
Frankie Valli,
John Travolta,
Olivia Newton-John, and the rest are replaced by sound-alikes. It's hard to imagine why anyone would want to buy this album instead of the actual soundtrack album, except, of course, that it should be selling for a much cheaper price. ~ William Ruhlmann
