All one has to do is take a look at the mischievously smiling faces on the back cover of this disc to know what they're in for. Over 44 minutes there are 14 glimpses into the warped yet humorous improvisational minds of Ab Baars and Terrie Ex. For those who don't have a clue as to the identity of these two yobs -- who make me laugh on every single track on this album -- they are guitarist Terrie Ex of the anarchist punk band and saxophone wildman Ab Baars. This is some of the most maniacal, radical improvised work out there -- and it's a heck of a lot of fun to dig your ears into it and have them blown out again like cauliflowers. This baby screams, laughs, screeches, skronks, gurgles, howls, wails, and brays like tomorrow is never gonna happen. So what are you waiting for?
