All of the tracks on
Oscar d'León's
Pura Salsa should be pretty familiar to anyone with only a rudimentary knowledge of the great singer's repertoire. "Lastima Que Seas Ajena," "Mirala Como Se Menea," and of course, "Me Voy Pa' Cali" are all included on the collection, as well as some lesser-compiled but equally good tracks like "Esperando per Ella," "Que Lastima," and "Mis Deseos." There are practically thousands of
d'León best-ofs out there, and though
Pura Salsa is missing big hits like "Detalles," "Lloraras," "Mentiras," and "Orinoco," it still does a good job covering a lot of his other work. ~ Marisa Brown
