Roots reggae superstar Gregory Isaacs and his band played a two-night stand at the Roxy Theatre in Los Angeles during the end of a particularly hot August in 1982. The 16 tracks of this bootleg-styled live recording capture highlights from one of the nights, including a simmering version of the rarely heard groover "If You See My Mary" as well as some of Isaacs' well-loved rocksteady and lovers rock greats such as "Mr. Brown" and "Sunday Morning."
