What Time Is It's "Shirley." "Sally (That Girl)" is more efficiently produced and takes the raunchy nursery rhymes a few steps further. Other than that, it's another Gucci Crew album that relies on a couple highlights to carry it. It's decent party music, it sounds good in the car, but nothing much about it is remarkable.
