Trancemania, subtitled "The Ultimate Trance Experience," features many of the world's most popular trance songs in 2001. Even though the compilation was intended for an Italian audience, most of these songs were popular around the world as well -- everywhere from the United States and Great Britain to Germany and Spain. A few songs in particular were successful:
Darude's "Sandstorm," Storm's "Time to Burn," and
Paul van Dyk's "Tell Me Why (The Riddle)." So, despite the kitschy name and the e-pill design,
Trancemania is a respectable collection, indeed measuring up to its subtitle.
