Cats & Dogs as Evidence's third and final "weatherman" solo album. Although his verses are characteristically measured as ever, the veteran rapper displays a deeper sense of purpose throughout. The beats, including four from the Alchemist, a pair from Nottz, and one from Premier, keep the controlled intensity to a maximum. Rapsody, Mach-Hommy, and Jonwayne lead the pack of featured guests.
