How do I buy music?

You can download music directly on our digital store.

• Click on a release to open its detail page
• From the qualities and formats available, select the one you want to purchase.
• Click Add to cart
• You may now either proceed to your cart to confirm your purchase or browse the shop. At any time, you may access your cart by clicking the basket icon in the top right corner of the screen.
• Once in your cart, you'll see a list of all the releases or tracks you've chosen. You can still adjust the quality and audio format of any release or track in your basket, or remove them entirely.
• Select Checkout to go to the checkout page
• Choose your means of payment and fill in the required fields
• Click Place Order to finalise your order
• Wait for few minutes so we can process your order.
• You will receive an email informing that your order is complete
• You can then download your music from your account

How do I get a sample order?

Sure. We provide you a sample order to get you started. To give you a clearer idea of how the actual order appears. By clicking on the link provided above, you can download an example order. Only two 30-second recordings are included in the sample.

How do I download my purchased music?

Proceed to your account page, from which you can download your music. Contact us if you are experiencing any difficulties receiving your purchased albums.

Do I need a subscription to be able to download albums/tracks?

No, you do not need to be a subscriber to purchase music. However, if you do, you will enjoy numerous benefits from purchasing your favorite songs from our store.

Can I redownload my purchases?

Yes, you may re-download your purchases at any time within the 60-day grace period.

To do this:

• Go to our homepage
• Click on profile icon on the top right of the screen
• Choose Dashboard
• In the Orders tab
• Select Download link next to the item(s) in question

Please note: Due to the possibility that the albums will no longer be accessible for download, we strongly advise users to save a backup of their purchase.

How do I download the booklet of a purchased album?

Your purchase already includes the booklet. As a result, you simply download your music. That is it.
