What is a ticket?

A ticket is a means of contacting us in the event of a problem. A problem could be an issue with an order or the cancellation of an account.

Only registered users have access to the ticket system. If you are a guest, please contact us via the contact us page.

How do I create a ticket?

There are two different sorts of tickets. The general tickets page lists all issues that are not tied to an order. The Order Tickets page summarizes all issues with your orders.

The following steps will guide you through the process of creating a ticket:

• Go to vitamusik.com
• Click on Profile icon on the top-right corner, click Dashboard
• Choose Tickets page. The General tab is selected by default.
• Click the + New Tickets button
• To make a ticket, enter some information. Assign values to needed fields such as title, message, and priority.
• If the Orders dropdown field is selected, the ticket will be classed as an Order Ticket. Otherwise, it is automatically configured as a General Ticket.

How do I view ticket status?

To view your ticket list, follow these steps:

• Go to vitamusik.com
• Click on Profile icon on the top-right corner, click Dashboard
• Choose Tickets page.
• Select the General tab or Order tab.
• There are a few filters you can use to reduce the number of results displayed.

How do I request account termination?

Our service safeguards your data. You have the option of closing your account. To have your account deleted, please send a support ticket. Select Account Deletion from the Category drop-down menu.
