Christian Kiefer

Christian Kiefer is a singer/songwriter from Northern California. His first LP was the 1999 soundtrack for "Green Eyes Dreaming," a stage play written by Jason Sinclair Long. He offered a prolific output over the next few years, including 2000's Welcome To Hard Times, his first solo full-length LP, which was favorably received. It was followed in 2002 by two LPs, Medicine Show and Exodust. 2006 saw the release of another pair of records, Czar Nicholas Is Dead and The Black Dove. In 2007 he was joined by members of Low, the Kronos Quartet and The Band's Garth Hudson for Dogs and Donkeys, which was issued on Undertow.
