A prolific producer in the few years he's spent as Deviant Electronics, Ciaran Walsh creates mind-melting Trance infused with breakbeats and lush Ambient textures. He programs a fierce low-end, not the kind that bludgeons you with piercing distortion, but a heavy, low viscosity fluid that oozes into your every orifice. Some tracks are a platform for wicked psychedelic synth patterns that flurry like snowflakes in a blizzard. Other tracks find a smooth groove as keyboard lines trace elegant, winding patterns around solid bass kick repetition. Beautiful.
