Josh Cumbee

Josh Cumbee

Singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Josh Cumbee creates contemporary pop heavily influenced by country, R&B, and indie rock. Born in Anaheim, California, Cumbee grew up listening to likes of U2, One Republic, Coldplay and just about any 80's hit his dad's Camry speakers could tolerate.

After high school he enrolled in the music business program at USC, where a career on the creative side of music seemed all but impossible up until landing his first TV placement as a composer. After graduating a year ahead of his class, Cumbee continued to voraciously pursue music, landing an opportunity working alongside hit songwriter Toby Gad. Through that partnership he went on to write and produce for likes of Madonna, Janet Jackson, Chris Brown, Take That, Galantis, and many more.
Concurrent with the release of his first feature Sunny Days with Armin van Buuren and follow-up tune Don't Give Up On Me with the addition of Lucas & Steve, Cumbee is busy in the studio shaping the future sounds of music soon to come.
