KC Carter

A born native of Chicago, KC Carter discovered his love for music at an early age. Carter’s passion soon became his means of escape from a troubled home & streets plagued with drugs and gang violence. Learning how to channel his pain and experiences into something productive; KC credits as “the very thing that saved him”. This became the foundation of the music and the movement. Now residing in Atlanta, Carter continues to bring that same passion, truth, and authenticity. KC is on the rise and is focused on longevity in building a recognizable brand in both Music & Visual Media. He is well on his way as he has had his music placed in over 20+ shows across several different networks. He has also secured placements with some Major Brands that include promos for the NBA, SportsCenter, WWE, & Men’s Health Magazine. After seeing a significant amount of success behind the scenes as a composer and music licensor, KC is coming back to the forefront with the release of his most recent project “Seasons”. The 8 track EP shows off the versatility of Carter as a producer and a writer, as it is more laid back and R&B focused. This serves as a contrast to its predecessor “The Come Up” which supplies the listener with heavy, hard hitting Hip Hop anthems. “Seasons” EP is set to release February 10th 2021.
