After putting out three successful mixtapes “King of Philly” and “King of Philly 2, & "King of Philly 3,” Gillie Da Kid has built a loyal fan base whose anxiously awaiting his first official body of work to be released Summer 2015 on Tamba Hali's Relumae Records. The album appropriately titled Welcome to Gilladelphia will feature production by Tone the Beat Bully, Mannie Fresh, Sonny Digital and Coney Gurl, among others. “I named the album that because I’m the King of Philly and after this album drops, Philadelphia will no longer be known as Philadelphia, but known as Gilladelphia,” Gillie admits.
