Singer-songwriter Lauren Ellis plays polished pop rock. This artist has a rich throaty voice and a slide-guitar style that's courageous and sensitive, with a wide swooping vibrato and fat tone. Her excellent guitar work, however, is just a supporting player to her mature, well-produced songs.
