Formed in Montgomery, Alabama and based in Atlanta, WatchTheDuck is part of the "trapstep" movement (fusing trap and dubstep) also called "soulstep". The trio has been around for a couple years, but things are really starting to get moving for these ducks. Speaking of their single 'Making Luv to the Beat' featuring T.I and DJ E-Feezy, The FADER wrote last week, "If this first single off the project is any indication, it will defy genre (and probably destroy a couple of dance floors, too). Their increasingly-hyped upcoming EP also includes contributions from Pharrell, Tricky, Steve Aoki, ScHoolboy Q and Afrojack.
